From a small beginning in 2005, the DCO has grown to a full-sized symphony orchestra and we are now entering our fourth season of music making. Our members come from many different countries, and they are all working or studying in Qatar.
We meet once a week, at The American School of Doha, for rehearsal. Our repertoire consists of classical and popular works - from Mendelssohn and Brahms to “The Magnificent Seven” and “Phantom of the Opera”.

Rehearsals for the 2009-2010 season begin on Thursday, September 10, 2009 at the American School of Doha (ASD). Our first concert of the season will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2009.
